Red Carpet Auto Transport's contact person was Heather Richardson, a most knowledgeable and helpful individual to have guided me through this first time experience of having a vehicle picked up in TX and delivered in KY. Although somewhat apprehensive at the beginning, Ms Richardson explained everything in detail and kept in contact not only with the seller in TX but also me in KY to assure a very smooth transaction on both ends. Ms. Richardson continued to provide updated status information throughout the entire transporting process. She followed up at the conclusion to make sure all went well and that no problems were experienced at any point in the pickup, transportation or delivery. I definitely would highly recommend Red Carpet Auto Transport and expecially Ms. Heather Richardson for transporting vehicles from one location to another. I am extremely satisfied with their service and personnel.
