Legally, we are now allowed to work as in between for you while working the claims process with the carrier. I understand your frustration with the carrier and the oil mess that happened. As far as misleading you, that's simply not the case. We tell all of our customers that the insurance provided by the carrier, not us. We are licensed, bonded and insured, but the cargo insurance of the carrier is responsible for any damages done while in transit. You were recently given your $30 rebate for your review and if there's anything else we can do for you via the carrier, we will most definitely do. Tony Quinn - President, Red Carpet Auto Transport
