The rep - Tonya - was excellent. She was attentive, prompt, courteous, and thorough. There was a slight problem with delivery, and she made me feel as though I was appreciated - she called and followed up on everything, and I would not hesitate to call her again. Its a business with a les-than-stellar reputation, and people like Tonya are the exception to the rule. I would not take the time to write this unless this was the case. I would be happy to answer any questions regarding her and her terrific service.
