They Lied-vehicle was never picked up

We are automobile dealers and in 40 years have never seen a less professional company. They delayed and stalled us for several days setting up a pickup, instead of telling us one was not available. They then lied about a delivery day and time. We waited 4 hrs, made several call to Ready, only to be given the run around. The vehicle was never picked up and we drove 3 1/2 hrs to pick it up ourselves the next day. A customer was waiting for it!
We will NEVER EVER use this company nor do we recommend them. And the drivers they have are in question as to the insurance they carry.
