to make a long story short this was the first time i ever had to ship my car anywhere. and let me tell you the process was definitely overwhelming to say the least! after talking with about 20 brokers i didn't know which end was up. finally a gentlemen by the name of alex was the person i felt the most comfortable with. he was extremely informative, he explained how the process works so that i can fully understand what i could expect. my car was picked up and dropped off on time without a hitch. i highly recommend that anyone especially if its your first time that you go with RAPID RESPONSE!!!!
