I also have a horror story in progress with this outfit. Arranged shipping on 10th of May, my car has not arrived yet. I keep being told 'next week', but nothing has materialized.

I am hoping everyone who has had issues to email me. I am going to seek legal opinion and possibly launch a class action suit against RIM (depending on interest, but will file suit alone regardless). I am tired of company's such as this that refuse to accept accountibility. They seem to have no interest in customer satisfaction or integrity. Bottom line, they are not delivering on what they are advertising and need to understand the consequences of these actions.
