Great to work with, honest the whole way, didnt mind me calling 10 times throughout the process. My vehicle transport is important to me and they treated it like it was their own. Gave me an update as to where it was and when, and what i should do when the vehicle arrived. It was a special case, I was not the reciever when it came, they let me know that everything was taken care of and I didnt have to worry. I would use RIM again.
