After our negative experience with our first car, we decided to cancel our transport order for our 2nd car. However, RCC wanted to keep our business so they offered us a $100 discount and promised to give us $25 for each day the car is late.
Our second car arrived on time, five days after pick up. I give them 3 stars for delivering on our expectations.
