This was the first time I or anyone I know have ever shipped a car and I needed the car there at the promise ship date so I could meet it there when I arrive to California. I must admit I had many reservations of shipping the car. Would ar reach in one piece? Would it be picked up on time? Would it arrive on time? How much lead time would I need to ship the car? Etc. Well I chose quicken transport for the job. I had an unusual request for that I had contacted Chris via email and he agreed that the request would be honored. On the picked up date the trucking company denied the request, this was where I figured I'd have a huge headache! So here I was, thinking "I knew this was going to happen. My car will not reach the destination on time. My plans are going to be messed up from timid issues. Etc". So I contacted quicken and a lady there agreed with the trucking company, I explained to her that Chris assured me that the request would be honored. Then Chris stepped in, called the trucking company and from there everything went as smooth as glass! I went from extreme stress to complete satisfaction. The car got to the destination on time without a hitch. I'm so glad I chose Quicken! Huge thanks to Chris!
