I called Chris after the first company I hired failed to show up or call on the assigned pick up day. Chris promised me they would pick up my car the next day and deliver it 7 days later on a cross-country move (Boston to San Francisco). They did exactly what they promised and provided excellent customer service along the way. Both Chris and the driver, Mikhail, were incredibly polite and responsive to my calls and questions. Great experience!
