I chose Quality based on the reviews in this forum. Having never shipped a vehicle before I had no clue how the "system" worked. Basically, if you use a broker they're going charge you a set amount and place your vehicle on the national board for a lower amount so they can make the difference as income. Makes sense. They start low and if your vehicle doesn't move they increase the amount. Well, my vehicle didn't move, so I started asking questions. John answered the phone every single time I called him. He was candid with his answers in the fact he told me exactly how much the vehicle was at on the national board. He eventually raised the price at the point where he wasn't going to make a penny. In John's defense, my vehicle is a lifted Land Cruiser and I think the carriers were intimidated to pick it up. Here's where the story gets interesting. I switched to a different broker thinking that surely someone else could move this thing quicker. Well, they didn't. John continued to call me even after I switched to a different broker! Thank goodness he did. The other broker failed on their promises and John came through in the end and moved my vehicle. He's a genuine guy who is honest and will do you right. It's difficult to find people out there like him these days. I highly recommend using him. Thanks again John.
