John and Quality US transport was very helpful getting my car from MA to FL. I was relocating and had never transported a vehicle and of course had a lot of questions which John patiently answered. I was a little concerned at first as he was on the West coast and this was an East coast transport. I called another broker on the East coast and the price went up $250 from the online quote after contacting the transporter. John stood by his quote even after he got the price from the driver which I suspect was a little higher than he had anticipated, likely due to the holiday weekend. I offered to pay him a little extra because he was so helpful and deserved to get paid for the time he spent with me. The trip down went off relatively smoothly over the holiday weekend. The only minor glitches were from truck restrictions at both ends of the trip I had to meet the driver a quarter mile from home.
I would Definitely recommend to anyone moving a vehicle.
