First let me say that John's service was excellent. I booked with him based on his high reviews on this site and the fact that his quote was the lowest by $60 - $340 to a high of $475 with most coming in at $400. John explained why he was confident that we could book a carrier at that price and he was right. The only problem was that the carrier's equipment was in very poor shape (F-350 tow vehicle was severely damaged) and he did not have adequate ramps and blocks for unloading a car that was as low as the Alfa. The driver was a nice guy, but not the best communicator - was supposed to deliver the same day, but was late on pick up and after I contacted him he told me the delivery would be early next morning. It did not arrive until 3pm. All in all though the car arrived safe and sound at a price that was hard to beat. I would definitely use John's service again.
