AFTER EVERY DELIVERY OUR TRANSPORTERS DO FOR US I TAKE A LITTLE BIT OF MY TIME AND TELL THEM THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT JOB THAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR US. WHEN WE FIRST STARTED THIS COMPANY WE MADE IT A POINT TO HAVE THE BEST CARRIER DO THE JOB FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. WELL ONE SLIPPED THROUGH THE CRACKS! WE WILL NEVER GO THROUGH WHAT WE JUST WENT THROUGH WITH YOUR COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A COMPANY LIKE YOU GUYS BEFORE. NO COMMUNICATION, VOICE MAIL FULL WHERE YOU CANT LEAVE MESSAGES AND THE LIST GOES ON. YOU CANT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL US WITH AN UPDATE. WE HAVE TO BLOW YOUR PHONES OFF THE HOOK TO GET AN ANSWER. YOUR COMPANY IS WHAT GIVES THE AUTO TRANSPORT INDUSTRY THE BAD NAME THAT WE HAVE. I WILL HOPE AND PRAY THAT YOU DONT PUT ANOTHER COMPANY IN THE POSITION THAT YOU HAVE PUT US IN. OUR CUSTOMERS MEAN EVERYTHING TO US! WE HAVE GIVEN YOU A NEGATIVE RATING ON CENTRAL FOR THE LATE DELIVERY. THE TRANSPORT TIME WAS 21 DAYS FROM THE PICKUP. PLEASE NOTE YOU ALSO OWE US A BROKER FEE OF $100.00 WHICH I WOULD HOPE THAT YOU WOULD SEND IT TO US IN A TIMELY MANOR. IF NO WE WILL POST A NEGATIVE ON CENTRAL FOR NON PAYMENT. BY LOOKING AT YOUR RATINGS ON CENTRAL DISPATCH AND TRANSPORT REVIEWS FOR THE SAME OFFENCES , I REALLY THINK THAT YOU COULD CARE LESS. ONE OTHER THING SIR, PLEASE RETHINK BEFORE YOU RETALIATE WITH IMPROPER RATINGS AGAINST OUR COMPANY. WE HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH CENTRAL DISPATCH REGUARDING THIS INCIDENT. MY GOAL IS TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU NEVER DO THIS AGAIN TO A COMPANY. ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE CONCERNING THIS MATTER , PLEASE DONT HESITATE TO CALL.
