I had an average experiance with Q auto transport, thus refering them to a friend. This was a mistake!! Will Rios failed to properly take notes and arranged for a smaller car to be shipped, which in turn has delayed the acutal shippment of the car(still waiting). The price changed (increased by 300 so far), and he has faild to maintain an open line of communication with my friend. I guess its easy when things work out, but Will Rios dodges you as much as possible when things are going as planned. I would go with a different company or at least a different broker from Q auto transport.
