If your like me, you don’t ship cars often and don’t have a good feel for the process or expectations. James was incredibly helpful and responsive. He quoted me an estimate better than other companies, the estimate was exactly the cost and every time I had a question I just called back and he answered in two rings with exactly the customer service you would hope for. He gets it and he would be the sole reason that I would use and recommend this company again. If you use this company, do yourself a favor, ask for James. He will take care if you for sure.
