After talking with more than a dozen transporters that I found by google, I was dissappointed to find out what a jaded industry it is. My prices had an $800 spread, and I was beginning to feel "sold" by each and every one of them. It was refreshing to speak with Alex. I could tell that he wasn't just selling me. Every single promise that he made was kept. Within 15 minutes of deciding to go with him, Steph, from the carrier company called me. Alex had already given me her name and number as well as the drivers. Jason, the driver then called and he was 30 minutes away from the dealership. He called after it was loaded and kept in touch with me over the next 20 or so hours till he delivered my Escalade at the time we had discussed. He was a very clean cut man and his truck and trailer were in great shape as well. I truly was pleased with the whole experience. This being the 4th vehicle that I purchased on line, it is the first that I have had shipped. It was a good experience. I would use this company again.
