I was given a bunch of quotes as soon as I put in my information online. I was bombarded with all kinds of brokers making me guarantee after guarantee. I did know enough about this business to know that guarantees don't mean much. I spoke to John from Progressive and he helped explain to me how this process really works. I booked my order with him, and within 3 HOURS he had a driver to pick up my car! I realize it is not very common to have a driver that quickly, but they must be doing something right over there at Progressive! The pickup and delivery went very smoothly, and the driver was very nice. The only thing was that my car arrived very dirty, but that's to be expected from a 2,000 mile trip across the US...
