Originally I was contracted to have my car transported by another company. When the time window came to pick up the car, the other company would not guarantee that the car would be picked up. Panick set in! I contacted Progressive, who had a record of my original quote. Progressive was my second choice and should have been my first choice! For only ~$50 more, the car was picked up THAT DAY!! and delivered as promised. They were very responsive and helpful. They are definitely my number 1 choice if I ever need to transport a vehicle again.
