Finally got my H3 moved thx to Progressive!!! A+++

I originally booked a different company to move my H3 and booked it 10 days in advance of the pickup date. The route my Hummer needed to go is the road less traveled (Nebraska to Texas), plus it's a really big vehicle so I knew it would be kind of difficult to find a driver.

So the day came for my vehicle to get picked up and guess what, still no driver after waiting 10 days!!! So I call the original company pissed of and cancelled it immediately!! The search began for a new company and found Progressive. I talked to Steve and he explained to me the whole car shipment process and explained why my vehicle probably hasn't moved yet and to give him and Progressive a chance and he would get me a driver. I explained to him my wife has been out of a vehicle for over a month now because someone hit and totaled our old H3 and I need this thing picked up ASAP.

Steve was very helpful and found me a driver in 2 days after our initial conversation! I gave the other company 10 days and they COULDN'T even do that.

The driver they found me was real friendly, communicated to me when necessary and the vehicle was down here safely 1 day after pickup in perfect condition just as promised.

I will use Progressive Auto again for my vehicle shipment needs for the future for sure.
