This company is excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again. There is a reason they have an "A" rating by the BBB. We all know these companies are brokers who set you up with a transport company but I feel the better ones know which transport companies to use and which ones to avoid. They sure set me up with a good one, Dennys Towing, who had a new Semi and car hauler that were in excellent shape.
I placed my order online Thursday 7/05/07 and within one hour Stephanie called me and said she had it set up for the car to be picked up the next Monday and be here on Wednesday. She also said she was glad she was able to get the carrier she got.
Well the car was picked up right on time Monday in Texas and on Tuesday at noon Denny called me and said he could drop it off here in Michigan at about 9:00 pm that night if that wasn't too late for me. I said ok thinking "yah, right". Well he called again about 8:00 pm to let me know he was about an hour away and he showed up right at 9:00 pm Tuesday, one day early!
Of the 15 companies I looked at they weren't the cheapest but they were in the lower range. After looking at the cheapest ones I was ready to fly to Texas and drive the thing back. Several of them said verbally or on their websites that they were a member of or had good ratings with the BBB. I went to www.bbb.org and found out they were not members or had "F" ratings. Then I started eliminating companies based on if they were members of the BBB and their rating, the reviews here on Transportreviews.com, and how long they had been in business (shown on the BBB site) and came down to two. To choose which one to use I decided I just had to talk to them. The other company took 6 hours to call me and didn't sound real professional. I left a message for Professional Vehicle Shipping and was called back in 10 minutes and had all my questions answered professionally. That made the choice easy and man did I make the right one!
