I tried to use another company to have my car sent from Ohio to California. The company that I was working with had me waiting for 3 weeks and still no pick up date. Jim from Professional Moving Solutions got in touch with me and within 3 days my car was picked up and on its way to California. I decided to go with Professional Moving Solutions because of how fast they could get things moving, and the cost I felt was fair. My car was delivered on time.... Other than a dirty car everything was great! I worked with Jim at Professional Moving Solutions and he was extremely helpful. He informed me about damage and the claim process and reasured me that my car would be safe. The car was delivered by a nice driver he was very Professional and most important he stayed in touch with me as he was getting close to the drop off location. My experience with Professional Moving Solutions was great and if I need a car moved in the future I will call them! Out of all the other companys that I called Professional Moving Solutions is the only one that did what they said they would do.
