This was my first time experience with shipping a purchased car across country. I had about ten brokers call me (respond to my request for quote) and compete for this move; I chose Jim Ferro (Professional Moving Solutions) for several reasons. From the start Jim was informative and honest on what to expect, he delivered on everythiing he told me. His approach was not "heavy-handed" and his pricing was very competitive- from Phoenix to Northern Virginia for $875. Jim actually called me immediately after the move to see if my vehicle arrived timely and in good condition; I response was very positive.
The actual truck transporter (Luis), out of El Paso. TX, was also pleasant in dealing with me and my wife and sister. He communicated his delivery time throughout the move and delivered my vehicle in perfect condition.
I actually asked Jim Ferro if I could submit this type of review/survey. In no way did Jim solicit this reponse. I could highly recommend to anyone doing business with professional Moving Solutions.
