This company is horrible! After setting up almost 2 months in advance and paying the extra $200.00 to lock in my promised dates for pick up and delivery. This company never followed through to contact me in advance with the carrier information or a time. On the day of pick up they never showed, after calling them they told me they would try to find a driver that day they were sorry for the mistake. Two days later my vehicles still sit in my driveway while I am wanting to PCS (military move) to Texas with nothing from this company but lies and telling me they will not refund me because its past the 72 hours of the promised date to be to able to cancel. So I'm taking them to court for my deposit, fees of calling from Iraq chasing after their company. Alliance Auto Transport took my call at 11am this morning and has a driver picking my vehicles up this evening.

Dear Ms. Moore, we can not stress enough the fact that we are so surprise from this review, and we are trying to understand why a person would lie. You moved your house goods with us, with no problem, you have booked your vehicles transportation with us for July 05 2010, not only that you did not paid extra for guaranteed day (which should be by the way $400.00 and not $200.00) but we gave you a discount to book with us. Not only that we had a driver assigned for your service - but we paid more then $200.00 from our company's money to pick the vehicles for you. The services that you have ordered clearly states that we can assign a driver for your transportation within 4 business days from the requested day. So we are asking you - why does a person need to lie?????
