From my first contact with Charles, he was personable and helpful. He returned calls, and when unavailable everyone else in the office was able to help. But there was difficulty in getting a carrier to pick the vehicle up, and in the end a friend of mine offered to drive my car 50 miles to meet a carrier on a more direct route! But that is the price one pays for living in one of the best places on earth!! I wanted an enclosed carrier, but that proved impossible. At the end of the day, my car was delivered, intact, and after a car wash was as good as new. I would recommend Charles to everyone.
