Rear control arm was bent upon arrival. Co was unresponsive to our request to consider the damage was done during transport or upon loading or unloading the vehicle. Car is an 07 Acura and was in perfect condition upon pickup in Massachusetts. Control arm was bent upon receipt in Az.
Prodigy was selected by auto transport broker Across USA Auto Transport. A very bad choice.
After 5 months of non returned calls and run around we still have not resolved the issue. I paid for fixing the car ($200). Basically I ran into a stone wall in attempting to have the carrier consider the matter. Extremely poor service
