Got a quote from Rene for $900. Paid $200 deposit and I was to give my driver $700 COD. Scheduled a pick up day for a Friday. My car never got picked up. I never even received a courtesy phone call stating why. I called the following Monday. Rene told me that the driver broke down and they would schedule another driver for that Thursday. I asked for a statement in writing saying my total price and guaranteeing my pick up date. I never received anything. I figured the online invoice they sent me would be sufficient. WRONG. Fast forward; my car got picked up and when I went to go pick it up, the driver demanded $1,000 in cash after I already paid $200 deposit. That's $300 more than what I was quoted on the invoice. I go back to click on the invoice link they originally sent me and SURPRISE! It was changed to $1,200 as my quoted price. Good thing I saved EVERY email and even recorded them over the phone several times giving me the run around. Yesterday, justina placed me on hold and never came back after I asked her what their business tax ID was. She said she didn't even know what that was. She refused to give me the owners information and kept putting me on hold after every question I asked as if somebody were sitting next to her giving her instructions on what to say. What a dirty company! I'm a single mother with a 2 year old who just moved to another state and trying to scrape up an extra $300 last minute was devastating. I wanted to give them a chance to fix the error, but I now see from all their terrible reviews that I'm not the only one. I am now on my way to filing fraud against this company! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!
