After soliciting quotes from several transport companies, and checking them out, I felt that Michael DiBenedetto offered an excellent mix of reasonable price and trustworthy service. He responded to to my questions promptly and gave me confidence that he remained very much concerned with customer service right up to the final delivery.
The driver was friendly, competent and reliable in doing his job; severe weather in Texas and Oklahoma led to a delay in delivery in Maine. His rig was too long to drive in my neighborhood, so we worked out the unloading at a nearby interstate rest stop. The car arrived in its original condition. My only criticism was that neither Mr. DiBenetetto nor I was kept informed by the driver's company of delays.
