This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I was lost with all the choices. I really appreciate the service that Transport.com gives to the Public as I received six quotes and used 50% of the reviews of these companies as a basis for my decision. Prices did not help since they went from a low of $625.00 to a high of $1175.00. I chose Primary Transport being right in the middle of price, the fact it was a family run business and families can't take the chance of getting a bad rep otherwise no one makes a living in that family, and last the professional assurances I received from Matt and Sherry and that cinched it in my mind.

My hunch wasn't wrong-After speaking with Matt, I placed the deposit/order on Thursday evening online, it was followed up by a confirmation email from Sherry. (not one of those mailboxes that says do not try to send back a message to this unmonitored box)..I emailed back a few questions and received prompt email responses from her as well. I was told 3-5 business days to hear from the driver which I felt was fair. The next day I heard from Al with T K Special T Transport Inc. who told me he was three hours away and where should we meet! Needless to say I was thrilled. I met with Al (what a nice guy!) and once I turned over the vehicle I felt assured it was in good hands. That was Friday around 5pm--the following Wednesday my son called to say that he got the car, and everything was in perfect order--what can I say more? From a Thursday evening to a Wednesday noon? Perfect experience-I will use this Company again in the future and definately recommend it to everyone I know who needs this valuable type of service. Thank you Transport.com!
