On 10/12/26, I booked to have my vehicle picked up on 10/20/26. The company has a policy that if the pickup is canceled within 5 days of scheduled pickup, they charge a $200 fee. However, on 10/20/26 (the day of scheduled pickup), the driver canceled the pickup, but offered to reschedule the pickup for $100s more. Upon hearing this, I declined to reschedule. However, the company is now trying to charge me a $200 fee when they waited until the day-of-pickup to cancel. My son-in-law has called the company on my behalf to attempt to cancel the fee, but the company is unwilling to cancel the fee, despite the cancellation being due to their error. This company has a long history of providing low offers to customers to get them signed up, then canceling or price gouging at the time the vehicle is supposed to be picked up, based on their Trustpilot and BBB pages. I'm a disabled Vietnam veteran, and this company is stealing my money, and money from other customers.
