Dishonest company. I was quoted and had agreed on enclosed transport with multiple verbal assurances for a next day pick-up. The next day the price tripled for enclosed transport and pick up was in 5-6 business days. Only open transport was available for this day at higher than the original closed transport price and with 1/4th of the promised insurance coverage. Reluctantly, I agreed to avoid losing my deposit, given my time sensitivity and with Jennifer guarantying same day pick up (She assured me multiple times of same day pick up on repeated phone calls that day). At end of the day, no driver showed up at all. My request for a call from a manager was not received. All bait-and-switch tactics and lies. AVOID.
