Julie got me out of a pretty bad situation when I used another shipper and they ‘had a truck breakdown’ and were looking for another shipping company. Her continuous follow up before the sale, her ability to scramble for me when things fell apart so I could ship the cars when the principals were in town and her continuous follow up throughout the process should be a blueprint model for the rest of the shipping industry to follow.
