The good part is way dispatch customer handling.
The bad part is quoting way low price and changing later is worst thing a supply chain organization would do rather than staying with core principle.
Dispatch personnel put under enormous pressure to keep the losing business.
No, I would not do business with your company nor suggest it to anyone.
The only reason I let my transaction go through due to the way dispatch personnel handling.
