This broker hired an inexperienced driver who hit an overpass and totaled my vehicle during transport from OH to NYC. The driver's insurance is only paying out a nominal sum for the value of the vehicle itself, not the transport cost. The representatives at Pride Car Shipping will not return my calls or emails in response to a refund request.
