They were pleasant enough to deal with. My issue lies in the fact that I ended up paying about $200 more than I was initially quoted. I am well aware that they do not have control over what drivers are willing to accept, however the entire reason I went with them, is they quoted lower than most companies, and seemed fairly reputable. I am giving one star, solely because it seems they are doing a poor job at accurately pricing things. Everything else went fine
