Worked with Liam on my shipping needs. I wouldn't say it was a smooth experience, but having a rep like Liam helps a ton. He guided me on what the alternatives are and explained all issues and what will be done. An example of an issue we ran into is delaying delivery time one more day (expected delivery date was Thursday and I was told it would have to be Friday). I explained to him that it was unfair because I took the day off to receive the car on Thursday. It would've totally wasted my day waiting for nothing. But he made some calls and some magic. One thing I am big on is communication. With proper communication, worries become not so worrisome. And thank you Pride Shipping and Liam for delivering my car safely and on a timely manner.
