I had a great experience with Gabby as my dispatcher. She was transparent and honest when there was an unexpected delay with my first assigned driver and was extremely accommodating and professional throughout the whole process. I really felt like she went above and beyond to meet my needs as a customer on price and expectations. Thanks again! I hope to use this service again in the future.
