I had a signed contract with a broker/shipping company for 2 weeks before the pickup date out of state. I flew to the car location to meet the driver only to be told that the “driver” was ill with a family emergency and that to get a new driver would cost substantially more than the originally agreed amount. Told that company to shove it. Called Mike and secured a new guaranteed contract within the hour. The driver Mr. Kelley was professional, over-communicated and made my transport experience hassle free. He was a gentlemen and a beast a driving. Car was delivered with no damages and nothing missing. I’ll book again in a few months when I ship the car to my next location.
