Very poor communication skills

Hayley Henderson was my contact. She pulled me in with a good quote, but then tried adding $450 to the price when she thought she had me locked in. I refused and we settled on $200 over the original quote. She was very friendly, polite and quick to reply, however the actual job as my broker was disaster. No important details were passed on to the truck driver so he arrived on a Saturday afternoon and had to sleep in the truck until the business opened on Monday to deliver the car. The payment details were also messed up so the driver had to wait 3 days for payment, which he was not happy about either. I was very surprised with the poor organisational skills from a car shipping company.
