I was nervous about getting my car picked up on time. Chris explained to me that this is a busy time of year and how difficult it would be if I took a low ball offer. After speaking with him a few times I placed the order.
The driver was very friendly and help full with setting up pick up and delivery times. We had no problem setting up times that worked around my schedule. He even called half way during the transport to update me of there location and estimated delivery day.
I will be using them again to ship my car to Florida next year.
