Don,
In an industry that acts like the Wild West desperados (since there is NO govt. regulation) Priced Rite Auto Transport (PRAT)swept them off their feet. You/PRAT indicated that it would take 2-3 weeks to find a driver who would be willing to deliver the Pontiac Vibe (Transport Order #10538) for the delivery price you quoted (you did not play the bait and switch game). Also since the vehicle was being delivered to an Air Force Base...it required communication between the driver and the people accepting it at the delivery end. Tim Salvo the driver for 1st Class Express LLC was completely cooperative (he called prior to picking up the vehicle and also prior to delivering it), consequently, Tim was able to meet my family members and safely unload the vehicle for delivery. The car was in the same condition as it was picked up plus a few bugs from being transported 16 hours. Don and Tim, I would like to THANK BOTH OF YOU for a job WELL DONE.
