Jason contacted me after a submission I made on a shipping website. He sounded very honest, professional, and knowledgeable upon speaking with him, and said all the right things about vetting possible shippers for license, bond, insurance, etc. I chose to use him to broker my shipping deal. a few days later, he called and said a shipper would be picking my car up the next day. While we were on the phone discussing details, he said the shipper was calling him and that he'd call me right back. After an hour or so of no call back, I called and got sent to voicemail. Then, when he didn't call back after a couple more hours, I called again and left another voicemail. Then, the next day, I called and left another voicemail, and after 24 hours with zero communication, I decided my trust and patronage was misplaced with Jason and called to let him know I no longer required his services via yet another voicemail because he never answers the phone. I tried to call the main office, and they never answer the phone either. True, I never paid them any money, but I have now wasted several days when I could have already had another shipper pick my car up for me. I'm very disappointed in the complete lack of customer service. Do yourself a favor and pick a broker who values your time and business.

I was actually having phone problems and the day she is speaking of was Passover and I wasn't working that day as my voice mail stated.
