This was my first time shipping a vehicle. I was moving from GA to CA. Got with a wrong company before that tried to take pre-payment and "accidentally" charged my card twice.. Took time to get my money back too. Whole nine yards! However, after speaking with Harold got a clear picture of how the industry works and what's to be expected. Harold explained how fees work and all was clear and very transparent. My vehicle was picked up Jan 1, 2015 and arrived on the date I have landed, Jan 7, 2015. So everything was perfect. Will call Harold again when\if need to ship a car. Thank you so much for making this experience a hustle free and pleasant for me.
