                         Communication was difficult since client was overseas. It doesn't make sense to keep emailing a client to tell them there is no driver yet. Client was informed that we would contact them the moment we have a driver. No upfront deposits were taken of any kind. The Client actually cancelled the morning of the first available date of a 3 Day Pick Up Window, a Sunday morning, and did not allow us to do our job.
