Quick to take the $100 Arranger fee but very slow (often never) to respond to any enquiry regarding status of the order. In-State collection vehicle was very artisan, got lost and the Inter-State delivery vehicle broke down before it even left Florida with the final drop-off being made the week following the original much-repeated "guaranteed" request. Overall a very unsettling customer experience and not cheap either ($525 - with no response to request for reduction owing to poor service) which was made worse with silence from both the Middle Man and the Transport Company (despite e-mail / telephone contact/messages). The delivery Truck Driver was professional however.
