The truck's engine light came on the day of pickup. The driver called client and said he was bringing it in to check it out. Kept in contact all day with client. The repair took all day. He picked up the vehicle the next day and it will be delivered two days before it's needed.
What were we supposed to do? Help the mechanic? Install a new engine? 1 day late on pickup and endless calls, delivery ahead of time. I guess that's a major problem, right?
