We are sorry for your bad experience. However, we are very transparent from the start that we are brokers and the prices may change in worst-case scenarios and we let the customer know of any change that occurs. These occurrences happen in less than 1% of the scenarios. Transportation industry is unpredictable. The carrier that was arranged cancelled at the last moment. Another carrier that was arranged was asking for a higher price. In these cases, we adjust our broker fee into carrier payment earning $0 and let the customer know as to make the shipment happen. We apologize for any inconvenience.
