We had contracted with Premium to have a 2016 Lexus taken from Newton, MA to Boynton Beach, FL. Pickup was on 12/22 and drop off on 12/26. Price quoted was $700 and we paid a $250 deposit by CC.
The day of the pickup I was informed that the deal was no longer good, but good news - we now can ship in an enclosed trailer and the price is $1,350!!! I went ballistic and in the end agreed to $1,000 - only because we had no other options as I was leaving for Florida that day. We were told the balance we owed was $750 and I signed a contract for that.
Driver came, picked up the car and when we went to pick it up last night we were told the price was $850 due - not $750. Because there is NO phone number of the contract we tried haggling with them but they would not take $750 so we ended up paying $850.
Do not trust this company as they say they have the right - in the contract - to change the price.
