Vehicle was never picked up and $100 advance was never refunded

these guys were supposed to pickup my vehicle on Feb 18th but guess what it was never picked up.. And then these guys stopped answering my calls.

I had to book shipment through another transporter after I didn't get any response.. I got response from these people after I had booked with another company. But since then I haven't received my refund of $100 which they charged me when did the vehicle pickup reservation.

I have been contact Chris at 786-296-3039 for the refund and all I hear is that its been refunded but I don't see that in my account. Such a fraud people .. Took the money and now don't want to refund the same. So I'm taking out my frustration here to let people know that how fraud these people are.. and they should stay away from these fraud transport companies.

Stay away or ready to suffer and loose your money . Dishonest company. Putting one star so everyone can see how worst these people are.
