I had contacted Kyle about a transport of my vehicle and made everything seem simple and easy and had one of the best prices (being a broker). Then I waited quite some time to find out if a spot on a truck was reserved or not. I had to call back and email a few times. I finally got an answer that it was and I would be contacted a day before pick up, within a weeks time frame. It got into that week and never heard anything. I repeatedly called and promised a call back. Finally I received a call from the driver about the pick up. Once dealing with the driver and his company there was no issues. But I was disappointed in the customer service and lack of responses and helpfulness during the process.
It also seems strange how after bad reviews, a good review follows it on the very same day.
